Eligibility
You are eligible to enter the competition if you are:
- A UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the competition.
- 18 years old or older on the open date of the competition.
- Not an employee of Clinton Devon Estates (Victoria Sawmills).
- Entering a competition on or after the open date and on or before the close date of that competition.
- You may be required to provide proof that you are eligible and the authorized account holder of the email addresses used to entre the competition, "Authorised account holder" means the natural person to whom the email address in question has been assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. If you fail to provide all the required information you may be disqualified.
- Victoria Sawmills is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: Late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries.
Prizes
- Victoria Sawmills have the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value or a cash alternative at any time and for any reason, e.g. if the advertised prize is no longer available.
- Victoria Sawmills cannot guarantee that the prize shown will be the same as the prize awarded.
- The prize winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries received.
- The prize will be delivered free of charge to the home address of the prize winner within 25 miles of EX20 3QE. Please allow twenty eight (28) days for delivery. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner may be selected.
Entry
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
How to win
- Competition winners will be randomly chosen from all entries.
- All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.
